Brittanny Perch
Brittanny Perch is an environmental professional from Trinidad and Tobago holding a B.Sc. in Environmental Science and Sustainable Technology from the University of the West Indies. She has also earned professional certifications in Google Project Management and Disaster Risk Financing and Parametric Insurance Policies from the Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility.
Through projects like the Climate Gen Z Conference and the Caribbean Youth Climate Manifesto, she has helped create spaces for youth advocates to amplify their voices and shape discussions on regional climate issues and policy demands in the Caribbean.
As the Initiatives Associate at SII, Brittanny is key to building and supporting the Caribbean Wildlife Enforcement Network (CAR-WEN) Working Group, the Neotropical Songbirds Collaborative Group, and more. Brittanny is driven to explore innovations that foster long-term ecologically sustainable development and plans to continue her academic journey by pursuing her master’s degree in environmental Sustainability and Management.
